Important Technical Notice

ReelZox strictly operates as a technical intermediary and conversion utility. **We do not host, store, catalog, index, or archive any media files or videos on our servers.** All processing and downloads are performed in real-time, fetching files directly from the respective platform's public CDN systems.

Since we do not host any files, removing a video link from ReelZox will not delete it from the host platform (YouTube, Instagram, etc.). To remove the content from the internet entirely, you must submit a request directly to the host platform where the video is published.

2. How to File a Infringement Notification

To file a valid copyright infringement claim, you must provide a written communication (via email) containing the following details:

  1. Identify the copyrighted work: Provide the specific name, copyright registration number (if applicable), or a direct URL link demonstrating the original copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. Identify the infringing material on ReelZox: State the exact third-party video URL (e.g. YouTube link) that you wish to block from being processed by our utility.
  3. Contact information: Provide your full legal name, physical mailing address, professional telephone number, and official email address.
  4. Good faith statement: Include a statement containing the following text:
    "I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
  5. Accuracy statement: Include a statement containing the following text:
    "The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
  6. Signature: Provide a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized legal representative.
